3) Pricing

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

4) Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an order confirmation message/email.
  • Your order may be cancelled if stock is unavailable or payment verification fails.

5) Delivery & Shipping

We provide delivery across Pakistan through courier services.

Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • City/region
  • Courier service delays
  • Weather or operational issues

6) Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available in selected areas.

ZK FAN has the right to confirm orders via phone/WhatsApp before dispatch.

7) Warranty Terms

ZK FAN provides warranty as mentioned on the product page.

Warranty claims are accepted through:

  • Video or photo evidence via WhatsApp
    After verification, replacement parts or fan will be provided according to our warranty policy.

Warranty will NOT be accepted in case of:

  • Blasted kit
  • Fan used on dimmer
  • Water damage
  • Broken fan
  • Fan opened or repaired by customer

8) Returns & Refunds

Return and refund requests are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy available on the website.

9) Customer Responsibilities 

Customers must ensure:

  • Correct installation by a qualified electrician
  • Proper voltage usage
  • No dimmer usage (unless supported)

ZK FAN is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect installation or misuse.

10) Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and branding used on this website belong to ZK FAN.

Any copying or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11) Limitation of Liability

ZK FAN will not be liable for:

  • Loss caused by courier delays
